Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns.

All purchases of digital ebooks are covered by this Refund & Return Policy. By purchasing, customers acknowledge that they are buying intangible digital content, to which special conditions apply.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if the ebook has not been downloaded or accessed. If the content has been accessed, downloaded, or read, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

Customers may request a refund within 5 days of purchase, provided the ebook has not been downloaded, accessed, or read.

For accidental purchases or technical faults (such as corrupt files or failed downloads), refunds may be issued following review of the issue, provided a request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

The ebook file is defective or corrupted

The customer was charged erroneously (e.g., duplicate payment, billing errors)

The product description is materially inaccurate comparing the product received

Refunds cannot be granted for:

Change of mind after download/access

Device compatibility issues when requirements are clearly listed

Dissatisfaction after successful download/use.

How to Request a Refund

Include the order number, reason for the refund request, and any supporting information (e.g., screenshots of the problem).

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method, within 14 business days of approval.

Upon refund, customer access to the Ebook will be removed.

Abuse of the refund system may result in loss of future purchasing privileges.
